1. this incoming reactor is three-phase, all iron-core dry type;
2, the core adopts high-quality low-loss imported cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, and the air gap adopts epoxy laminated glass cloth plate for spacing to ensure that the air gap of the reactor does not change during operation;
3, the coil is wound with H-level enameled flat copper wire, closely and evenly arranged, with no insulation layer on the exterior, and has excellent aesthetics and good heat dissipation performance;
4, the coil and core of the incoming reactor are assembled into one after pre-baking → vacuum dipping lacquer → hot baking curing process, using H-level impregnating lacquer, so that the coil and core of the reactor are firmly combined, which not only greatly reduces the noise during operation, but also has a very high level of heat resistance, which can ensure that the reactor can operate safely and noiselessly at high temperatures;
5. The fasteners of the incoming reactor core are made of non-magnetic materials to reduce the eddy current heating phenomenon during operation;
6, exposed parts are taken to anti-corrosion treatment, the lead terminal using tinned copper tube terminals;
7, the inlet reactor has the advantages of small volume, light weight and beautiful appearance compared with similar products in China, which is comparable with famous foreign brands.
