Principle of operation
Three-phase unbalance compensation principle.
◇The system current signal is collected in real time through an external special CT, and is quickly analysed and processed by the internal special detection circuit and controller to determine the three-phase unbalance of the system, and at the same time calculate the three-phase balanced conversion current value, and send a signal to drive the IGBT module to work to transfer the unbalanced current from the phase with the remaining current offset to the phase with the insufficient current offset.
◇In the case of an unbalanced load, the current of the grid is adjusted to a balanced state of 100A, where the load of phase A is 52A. In the case of unbalanced power consumption on the load side, the three-phase current of the grid is balanced.
Voltage support principle.
◇Sampling through the compensation voltage point, when the internal controller gets the voltage information data, it immediately analyzes and processes the compensation point voltage information to determine whether the compensation point voltage exceeds the set value, when the voltage is lower than the set lower limit (Umin) value, it outputs capacitive current to raise the voltage, when the voltage is higher than the set upper limit (Umax) value, it outputs inductive current to lower the voltage, so as to realize the voltage of each phase The voltage of each phase is thus stabilised within the normal range.
Harmonic filtering principle.
◇The IGBT inverts the current of the load with the same size and phase opposite current to achieve harmonic filtering.
Principle of reactive power compensation.
◇When the system power factor is lower than the set power factor target value, the device instantaneously sends out inductive or capacitive reactive current to inject into the system to achieve the purpose of dynamic reactive power compensation, under the intelligent decision of the internal controller, through the real-time collection of load-side system current signals by an external special CT to ensure the best compensation effect of the system.
