The role of reactors
◇ Harmonic amplification is suppressed and a certain percentage of harmonics are filtered out.
◇ The precise matching of capacitor banks in series to form a passive filter allows for precise filtering of certain harmonics.
◇ Suppresses inrush currents when putting in capacitors and protects capacitors and other components.
Application
Low voltage series reactors, in series with capacitors to form reactive power compensation devices, for use in reactive power compensation and harmonic control systems.
Characteristics of reactors

The core is made of high quality low-loss silicon steel, and the core column is divided into small uniform sections by several air gaps, which are separated by epoxy glass cloth plates to ensure that the gaps in the reactor do not change during operation.

The coil and core of the reactor are assembled into a single unit and then cured through a process of pre-heating and vacuum lacquer dipping and hot baking, using imported lacquer impregnation, so that the coil and core of the reactor are firmly bonded together, which not only greatly reduces the noise during operation, but also has a very high heat resistance level, ensuring that the reactor can operate safely and noiselessly in a high temperature environment.
9. The exposed parts are treated with anti-corrosion treatment and the lead terminals are galvanised copper tube terminals.
